The montera is a headwear worn by bullfighters. Its shape has evolved, but the tassels or males that finish it off on the sides, the black color and the trimmings are characteristic of it. At Toroshopping you can find both monteras for amateurs and for professionals.
The castanet
The castañeta is a cap-shaped piece covered in black silk that bullfighters wear on their heads during the fight. From it hangs the ponytail of natural hair or “false”, if it is artificial.
The cummerbund
The sash surrounds the bullfighter’s waist and generally goes together with the bow tie, which is a narrow tie worn by matadors as a fundamental element of their clothing. Both are made in satin.

The shirt
The shirt worn by bullfighters is fine and lightly starched, white, with a stiff collar, embroidered chest or curly ruffle.
